Loake Shoes
With a history spanning 130 years, the Loake family has been producing elegant handmade men’s dress shoes for generations of discerning customers.
Back in 1880, the Thomas, John and William brothers opened a modest shoe factory in the heart of Northamptonshire, England with the aim of providing the most comfortable, durable and good looking gentlemen’s shoes. Unlike many others, Loake shoemakers are still family owned till today and their shoes, especially the classic goodyear welted shoes, are found in over 30 countries worldwide.
Taking approximately eight weeks to produce, each of the premium Goodear Welted shoes are ably crafted by 130 skilled shoemakers, contains up to 75 shoe parts and goes through 200 different operations to ensure the best quality shoes available. Needless to say, only the very highest quality materials are used.
Loake offers a range of classic and contemporary designs and was also awarded the Royal Warrant of Appointment to the Queen in 2007, a testament to their finest quality goodyear welted shoes.
